The easiest way to get to Kjeøy is to fly in to Harstad-Narvik Airport Evenes (EVE), take a bus to Lødingen and be picked up there. It is about 50 minuts drive from the Airport to Lødingen and another 40 minutes from Lødingen to Kjeøy. Both Norwegian and SAS fly into Evenes, and most car rentals (Hertz, Avis, Europcar) are located at Evenes.
The distance from Stockmarknes Airport is about the same as from Evenes, however, there is no simple bus connection from Stokmarknes and to fly into Stokmarknes you have to go via Tromsø or Bodø with Widerø. carrental is also possible from Stokmarknes.
